It was created for our consultants themselves to significantly reduce fulfillments time of the IBM Rational ClearQuest deployment projects especially in cases of atypical schemes of change requests transmission. Right after first evaluation this tool was very appreciated by our existing clients and deployed in several banks and oil companies. |

It was created for a special project to make more secure the process of involving outsourcing companies into internal software development of the big oil company. After that this tool was deployed for several new customers who are also using IBM Rational ClearQuest in their software development. |

This tool was claimed almost every our customer since it is to extend standard mail reader of IBM Rational ClearQuest with capabilities to read national symbols and attachments. |

| ClearQuest ProjectTracker |
That very useful tool was claimed by a big number of our existing customers who created their project plans in MS Project or Project Server but intended to use all functionality provided of IBM Rational ClearQuest. We gave them such possibility and for now a lot of Russian banks, gas and oil companies, software developers and system integrators are very thankful for it. |

| Hewlett Packard OpenView Service Desk and ClearQuest integration |
This state-of-art solution was claimed by the time. The most of our big customers uses Service Desk in their companies. And it was evident that all incidents related to software development would be declared into existing Service Desk as well. And for SW development teams it was very keen to transfer somehow such incidents into ClearQuest for processing them in a usual way and after finishing transfer the results back into Service Desk. Such bidirectional transfer can’t be made only by specific tool so this solution requires special adjustments for both Service Desk and ClearQuest. For now we have good expertise in integrating HP OpenView with IBM Rational ClearQuest using our specially designed CQSD tool. |

This tools was designed for significant SW development team which was limited with small amount of CQ licenses but most of its members should make the same small procedures in CQ from time to time. Our TimeTracker is always loaded in tray and if needed it automatically loads and closes ClearQuest to change task status. Our customer saved a lot of money on additional CQ licenses needed for the whole team. |
